Purchase Agreement

2. Eligibility

By purchasing from us, you confirm that you:

• Will provide accurate and complete information when making your purchase.

• One-to-one coaching
• Group coaching
• Workshops
• Retreats
• Live and online events
• Memberships
• Digital courses
• Educational resources

Descriptions published on our website are provided in good faith but may be updated at any time.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.

5. Payment

Payment is required at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been agreed.

Where payment plans are offered:

• Payments must be made on their due dates.
• Missed payments may result in suspension of access to services or products until payments are brought up to date.

6. Custom Programs and Services

Where customized coaching, consulting, business strategy, website development, branding, marketing, or other bespoke services are provided:

• Work will commence only after payment (or the first scheduled payment) has been received.
• Additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
• Approved variations are non-refundable once work has commenced.

7. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated, Faith Business Hub offers a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on eligible products and programs.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of purchase.

Refunds do not include:

• Shipping costs
• Transaction fees
• Completed consultation fees
• Services already delivered
• Customized work
• Event deposits
• Travel expenses

Physical products must be returned in good condition before a refund is processed unless otherwise agreed.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the United States Law.

8. Coaching Disclaimer

Our services are educational and transformational in nature.

They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, or legal advice.

Participation is voluntary.

You remain responsible for your own health and mental care decisions, financial decisions, and personal actions.

9. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary.

While many clients experience significant personal and professional transformation, Faith Business Hub cannot guarantee specific financial, emotional, relationship, or business outcomes.

Your success depends upon many factors outside our control, including your own commitment and implementation.

10. Intellectual Property

All material provided by Faith Business Hub remains our intellectual property.

This includes:

• Videos
• Presentations
• Reports
• Worksheets
• Manuals
• Digital resources
• Trademarks
• Building work
• Written content

No material may be copied, distributed, reproduced, modified, or commercially exploited without written permission.

11. Memberships

Memberships continue according to the selected billing cycle until cancelled.

Cancellation requests must be received before the next billing date.

No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

12. Events and Retreats

Event registrations are transferable only with our written approval.

If an event is cancelled by Faith Business Hub, participants may receive either:

• A full refund; or
• A credit towards a future event.

Faith Business Hub is not responsible for flights, accommodation, or travel expenses booked independently.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faith Business Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it is limited to the remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

14. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By purchasing from us, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

15. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the website.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Interfere with website functionality.
• Upload malicious software.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.

16. Force Majeure

Faith Business Hub is not responsible for delays or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government restrictions, or emergencies.
